The inspection process of EVS on textile fabric it is based on a 3 stage process of inspection that starts with:

  • Inspection off-line of dyed and finished products

    IQ-TEX for the inspection of fabric and the detection of weaving – finishing and dyeing defects at the end of the finishing process, for example on exit of a stenter frame. All the defects are mapped and catalogued and sent to a computer - all the info will then be used for the second step of the process.

    Along with IQ-TEX, the SVA ( Shade Variation Analyzer ) can be put inline with the IQ-TEX or stand alone. The purpose of SVA is to check for shade variations from side-to-side or beginning-to-end.

  • Post Inspection Unit

    Second step of the process of inspection is the Post Inspection Unit – where all the data gathered are analyzed by the quality inspector/operator for cut optimization –

  • Automating Cut Optimization –

    The purpose of this stage is to automatically stop the specific cutting table at the points of interest (cutting points). After reviewing defects & color problematic zones in the Video Album, and creating a cutting map, by implementing the Cutting Plan Optimization Program, the rolls’ data is transferred via network to the DMSS-T unit installed on the cutting table

(OTCBB:EVSNF), a leading global provider of vision technology for automatic surface inspection and in-line quality monitoring systems, announced today that it has recently received ISO certification and CE mark for its state-of-the-art visual inspection system, IQ-TEX4.
EVS received certification for ISO 9001 from the Standards Institution of Israel. Additionally, the Company's new IQ-TEX4 product, has been tested and certified as CE compliant by Hermon Laboratories TI, a leading provider of automatic telecom testing instruments for world-wide regulatory and industry standards including analog FXS & FXO, Acoustic, Cellular, VoIP, xDSL, T1/E1, and ISDN PRI equipment.
